Tell the World that You are Healthy & ready to Face it.

‘I am not finding time’ – ‘My health is fine’ – ‘It’s too much of an effort’… Sounds familiar? Clearly, this isn’t coming from someone who is health conscious.

These folks with their sedentary lifestyle, work related stress, food habits, etc.; causes concern, especially in the light of the medical consensus that regular exercise helps reduce the risk of heart disease, prevents osteoporosis & type-2 diabetes and other life-threatening diseases – not to mention increasing your overall sense of well-being, stamina and how fit you appear.

Charity begins at home, and this is the place to start. Your ability to increase your loved ones’ awareness of the benefits of fitness may be all that’s needed to get them interested and moving!

Education is the key. The more informed the person is about the potential outcomes to be expected from exercise, the more likely he or she is to stick with a fitness program. Of course, influencing your loved ones’ is the most difficult task out of all. But if even one family member promotes the logic of such culture and adds knowledge, many more are likely to benefit.

Starting an exercise program is only half the battle. But to win the war you need to stick to it. Get people to understand that fitness is an enduring lifestyle and not an immediate process that yields instant benefits. However, continually nagging non receptive people to change their lifestyle can cause them to withdraw altogether.

Those family members who stand as role models to others are more than just preachers – They can demonstrate by example how exercise enhances your life!

The fabled fountain of youth has become a reality. Centuries ago, Ponce de Leon went chasing after it & started a trend that exists to this day. The waters of the Bahamas & Florida that de Leon believed could restore health & youth – although nice to swim in – didn’t quite cut it. You can also forget about finding the answer on some mountaintop.
